We Are Dead Engines, Don't Quit on Me Now If you ever boarded an airplane and wondered what it is like on "the other side" of the cockpit door then this section is for you.  These and future additions are from my perspective as a former captain with 9300 hours, ATP, DHC-8, SD-3, CFI-I, A&P, Check Airman, Ground School Instructor, blah, blah, blah.  Of course, any similarities between these stories and actual events are purely coincidental and are just the ramblings of an irrigation guy who has been out in the sun a little too long.
